Ensure your skin is clean and dry before applying. Use circular motions for even coverage. One or two pumps at a time, less is more and it goes further than you anticipate. Allow the lotion to fully absorb before getting dressed. Wash your palms after application if not using a tanning mitt. Use daily until desired glow is reached. For best results use a tanning mitt and exfoliate weekly. Leave on skin for a minimum of 8 hours before rinsing with water.
